Posada and Monte Albo

The coast of the Baronia is well developed for tourism. In the northern part there are gorgeous beaches with wonderful, fine sand. The southern part is dominated by the steep coast on the Gulf of Orosei. Here you will also find the famous bay Cala di Luna, the Grotta del Bue Marino and the Grotta del Fico.

The best-known seaside resorts of Baronia are San Teodoro and Budoni, but there are also dream beaches at Posada, La Caletta and Santa Lucia.

Worth seeing are the historical centres of Orosei and Posada with its castle, from which you have a great view of the surrounding lagoon landscape.

The Monte Albo mountain range, which stretches from Siniscola to Lula, invites you to go hiking.
It is also worth taking the SS125 south, which winds through a beautiful mountain landscape in the hinterland of the Gulf of Orosei.
